No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds:

  • All sales are final, meaning we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately, and we cannot modify or cancel it.
  • Personalized or custom items (like engraved or made-to-order products) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • While we take great care in inspecting each item before shipment, in the rare case that something arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note, however, that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

Order Modifications:

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it’s final. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order or change the shipping address after confirmation.
